Orphans is a series of short works which incorporate early silent movies, daguerreotype portraits and “orphan” films and re-contextualises them as audio-video intermedia shorts.

HALF/FILMS: a fantastic site by Katherine Groo who lectures in Film and Visual Culture at the University of Aberdeen.  The site is concerned with “a search for minor cinemas and other fragmentary forms”.
